Log your weight to track it over time — totally optional, and only you can see it.
Sex & age personalize your bloodwork ranges and gate which peptides can be suggested. Weight comes from your tracker above.
Auto follows your device. Night tide is easier on the eyes after dark.
Goodtides Companion is a personal peptide tracking tool — a calculator, a logbook, a schedule, all in your pocket. Local-first; optional cloud sync.
What it is: a tracker. It records what you input — your protocols, doses, injections, vials, schedules — and does the arithmetic of converting vial mg + water mL into syringe units. Catalog defaults shown alongside peptides are commonly cited research dosages, included as a reference.
What it isn't: a medical service. Goodtides does not provide medical care, evaluate your condition, or advise on individual dosing. Peptides referenced are research chemicals, not FDA-approved drugs.
Decisions about whether and how you use these products are your own. Consult a licensed medical provider before starting, adjusting, or combining any protocol — including for any dosing or protocol guidance you follow from this app.

Tap Did it or Skipped for each peptide. Drag the gold marker if you drew more or less than suggested.
Cycles, titration, and dose reminders are all tracked from this date — set it to the day you took (or will take) your first dose.
Tap any peptide to see its research protocol and add it to a protocol of your own.
We'll stop today's reminders. It stays in your history so you can run it again any time.
Add a peptide that isn't in our catalog. Saved on this device.
No unopened vials yet. Add stock manually, or connect your Goodtides account to auto-import orders.
No active vials. Reconstitute an on-hand vial, or track an existing reconstituted vial.
Counts down automatically as you log doses and reconstitute vials.
Track unopened vials sitting in your fridge. The app counts down doses + reminds you when to reorder.
Storing unopened vials? Dry (lyophilized) powder keeps for years in the freezer, many months refrigerated, and 1–2 years out of direct sunlight — the clock only starts once you reconstitute.
Been running peptides before you started tracking? Add the vials you've already finished so your history and totals are complete — no need to re-log every past dose.
Sign in with just your email — no password. We'll send you a 6-digit code. Backs up everything you track across your devices. If you've ordered from goodtides.shop we'll import those peptides too, but an order isn't required. You'll also get occasional reorder + restock emails — unsubscribe anytime.
Check your email for a 6-digit code. Type it in here:
Or tap the link in the email if you're on desktop / Android.
Defaults pull from the catalog. Adjust if your vial differs.
Subcutaneous (just under the skin) is how most peptides are given. This is general guidance — confirm the technique with your provider, and never share or reuse needles.
A little bleeding or a small bruise is normal. If you feel faint, or notice spreading redness, swelling, or anything unexpected, stop and contact your provider. Goodtides Companion is a tracking tool, not medical advice.
Tell Goodtides what you take and how often — it handles the schedule and surfaces each dose the day it's due.
The calculator turns vial mg + water into the exact units to draw, with a step-by-step guide for mixing your first vial.
Take a dose, tap to log — your history, streak, and how you felt are all kept for you. Forgot one? Add it later.
We track every vial's supply and expiry, and nudge you to reorder in time — so you're never caught short mid-cycle.
Get a reminder before every scheduled dose — even when the app's closed. Sign in and add Goodtides to your home screen to switch them on.
Pick how you want to start. You can always change this later.
Goodtides Companion is a personal tracking tool — not a medical service. By continuing you acknowledge that decisions about whether and how you use peptides are your own, and that you'll consult a licensed medical provider before starting, adjusting, or combining any protocol.
We'll send a 6-digit code to the new address to confirm it's yours. Your protocols, log, vials, reminders and profile all move with you.
Your history card shows every peptide you've run in the window, with its timeline and dose count.
Get a push notification on your phone before each scheduled dose.
Upload a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) of past injections — multiple tabs are fine. We scan every tab and skip anything already logged. Each tab just needs a Date column plus either a Peptide column, or a tab named after the peptide (e.g. a "Retatrutide" tab with dates + doses). Headers can be a few rows down.
Same peptide, same day, same dose — almost always logged twice. Each checked day keeps one dose and removes the extra. Untick any day you really did dose twice.
We'll use this across the app and your emails. You can change it anytime in Account.
