Dose from what the lab measured.

Research vials rarely contain exactly what the label says. goodtides keeps a registry of 2,313 third-party lab reports (COAs) published across 70+ vendors — connect yours by lot number, and the math follows the lab’s measured mg for that lot.

  • Every dose computed from the lab-measured mg for your lot — a “10 mg” label whose lot tested at 9.3 mg gets 9.3 mg math
  • The mixing guide adjusts your BAC-water fill to the measured content before you ever draw
  • A ✓ COA chip on the vial, and a provenance line on every logged dose showing exactly how the units were computed
  • Blends split per component — each peptide’s measured mg, not one lumped number
  • Lot flags: if a lot you hold is flagged in the COA registry, a notice appears on the vial card

Bloodwork intelligence

Your labs, read by the Tide Engine.

goodtides’ own catalog of 106 markers with reference bands narrower than standard lab ranges, resolved to your age and sex, trended over time, and cross-read against the protocol you actually run — for context and trending, not diagnosis.

  • Drop in a lab PDF — markers are read, confirmed and charted in seconds
  • Optimal bands, not just “in range”: every marker scored on a four-band scale
  • Protocol-aware: flags the markers the research literature associates with the peptides you track
  • Educational research-protocol drafts — starting-point templates to review with a licensed provider, never a prescription
  • Private by design: the PDF is read for its numbers on a stateless server and never stored; your markers live on your device
Everything it does

One app for your whole protocol.

Smart reminders

A push before every scheduled dose, named by peptide. Pick your lead time; one you've already logged won't nag, and if you miss the slot, a catch-up nudge still has your back.

Dose calculator

Vial mg + BAC water become the exact units to draw, on a syringe you can drag. Injectable or oral.

85-peptide catalog

Every trackable peptide and blend — commonly cited research dose tiers, frequency, timing, route and cycle notes, for reference.

COA-adjusted dosing

Doses computed from the lab-measured mg for your lot, not the label — 2,313 COAs from 70+ vendors on file, matched by lot number.

Bloodwork tracking

Upload a lab PDF, confirm the markers it reads, then track them against reference ranges over time.

Injection calendar

Every dose on a per-peptide month and year heatmap, today ringed, each peptide its own color, tinted by how you felt.

How you feel

Rate each dose and tag effects. A 7-day trend shows how you’ve been feeling.

Site rotation

Records the spot you log, with a chart so you can spread your sites out.

Vials and supplies

Track multiple open vials with a draw-from switch; wipes, needles and BAC water count down as you go.

See empties coming

Forecasts your empty date from your real dose log, so you can restock in time.

Cycle history

Finished vials roll into a per-peptide ledger that nudges your next cycle on time.

Guided setup

A welcome walkthrough, a guided tour, and a paced how-to-inject demo get you going on day one.

Mixing guide

A reconstitution guide shows the exact BAC-water fill before you draw — no mixing math at the counter.

Peptide library

Most tracked peptides carry mechanism, safety notes and research references — learn it before you log it.

Research protocol drafts

Educational starting-point templates from the research literature, cross-referenced with your tracked markers. Built to review with a licensed provider — never a prescription.

Private by default

Local-first and offline. Works with no account. Sign in to sync across devices; export your log to CSV or your data to JSON anytime.

Import your log

Already track in a spreadsheet? Upload .xlsx or .csv and we import past doses, skipping duplicates.

Catch up later

Forgot to log? A gentle prompt catches up doses from the last few days, and "catch me up" backfills finished vials so your history stays whole.

Weight & BMI

Optionally log your weight in lb or kg, backdate entries, and watch the trend on a full chart with BMI. A private log, yours alone.

Streaks & shares

Keep a logging streak and share a streak, regimen, or history card. Your numbers only.

Passwordless sign-in

What it is, and isn't

What it is: a tracker and a calculator. It records what you enter (protocols, doses, injections, vials, supplies, schedules) and does the arithmetic of turning vial mg and water mL into syringe units. Catalog dosages shown alongside peptides are commonly cited research figures, included as a reference.

What it isn't: a medical service. goodtides does not provide medical care, evaluate your condition, or advise on individual dosing. Protocol drafts are educational summaries of published research figures, not individualized advice. COAs shown in the app are third-party lab reports published by vendors; goodtides does not test vials and cannot certify any vial’s purity, identity, or safety — COA-adjusted math only changes the arithmetic to the lab’s measured mg for that lot. Bloodwork bands are informational reference ranges for trending, not a diagnosis. Peptides are research compounds, not FDA-approved drugs. Decisions about whether and how you use them are your own. Consult a licensed provider before starting, adjusting, or combining any protocol.

Run your protocol on numbers, not guesses.
