A Certificate of Analysis is a signed lab report that confirms what's in a vial. Every COA we publish carries identity (mass spectrometry confirms the molecule) and purity (HPLC, reported as area-percent). The contamination panel differs by lab — so read the certificate you are actually holding. Freedom Diagnostics, our highest-volume lab, runs microbial analysis by PCR plus an endotoxin threshold. ILS runs sterility by PCR and endotoxins to USP <85>. Kovera runs a sterility screen with LAL endotoxins. A small number of certificates carry full USP <71> sterility testing. Some carry identity and purity only. Whatever ran is printed on the page.
Each COA lists the lot number (match it to your packing slip), the test date, the lab that signed it, and a result on every parameter that lab ran. If a certificate is missing something you need, that absence is on the page too — we publish the certificate, not a summary of it.
