Plain-language summary. You're at least 21. You can buy our merch and reserve our peptides for future shipment. Reservations are not present-day pharmaceutical sales — they reserve launch pricing once peptides are FDA-reclassified. We refund anything that hasn't shipped. Shipped peptides are final sale except for damaged-in-transit shipments with photographic proof. We don't sell your data. New York law applies.
"goodtides" is a brand operated by Goodtides, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a New York limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@goodtides.shop.
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from us or to register an account. By placing an order you confirm you are 21+ and that everything you tell us at checkout is true. If we learn you are under 21, we will cancel your order and may refuse refunds on items already used.

Apparel, accessories, and the Tide Kit are present-day commercial products. We ship them next business day (M–F); weekend orders ship Monday, except for items explicitly marked as reserved, pre-order, or limited drop — those ship when production completes.
Peptide therapy products on this site are sold only as reservations, not as present-day purchases of compounded pharmaceuticals. Your reservation payment locks in launch pricing. Actual shipment depends on:
If launch is delayed beyond a reasonable window or your physician evaluation does not result in a prescription, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Peptides are not for minors. Goodtides peptide products are intended exclusively for adult use under physician supervision. By reserving peptide therapy you confirm you will not administer these products to anyone under 18 years of age. Misuse may result in immediate order cancellation without refund.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline orders for any reason — including suspected fraud, shipping address issues, age verification failures, or pricing errors — and will refund any payment received in full.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We try to keep our pricing accurate, but if we discover a clear pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We do not honor obvious typo prices.
We currently accept card and digital-wallet payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe, plus Venmo. Stripe payments confirm automatically. Venmo payments must include the correct order number in the memo so we can match the payment to your order. Payment must be received within 48 hours of order placement or your reservation expires.
We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $250; standard shipping is $7 otherwise. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or recipient address errors.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work with you on replacement or refund.

We collect New York State sales tax on taxable items shipped to New York addresses. New York exempts clothing and footwear sold for under $110 per item. Sales tax for other states will be added when we register in those jurisdictions; until then, you may owe use tax in your home state.
Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Statements about peptides have not been evaluated by the FDA. Peptide therapy, when it ships, will be prescribed by a licensed physician through our telehealth partner — that physician's medical judgment, not anything you read on goodtides.shop, governs your treatment.

The goodtides name, wordmark, wave logo, color system, copy, and product photography are owned by Goodtides, LLC. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission. You may share product photos on social media with credit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of goodtides.shop or any product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
